James oversaw the creation of Next's kiosk and I was lucky enough to work with him on the project as his lead developer. He was given near carte blanche to create a kiosk and its supporting infrastructure and was able to turn that into clear requirements, assemble a team and then deliver on them. He is the proverbial cat herder, a very creative individual who is able to get the best out of his team. He also has technical understanding to go with his management ability and understands what it means to be agile.
